Refund Policy
Effective May 17, 2026
This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available for paid KaizenShots Pro subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Voluntary cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the Free tier.
No pro-rated refunds. We do not refund the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel voluntarily.
2. Cancellation by us for policy violations
If we suspend or cancel your subscription because of a violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to the automatic three-strike suspension for blocked content, no refund will be issued for the current billing period or any prior billing period.
3. Account suspended in error
If we suspend your account and later determine that the suspension was made in error, we will restore your account and your subscription will continue with the time remaining in the current billing period preserved. Because service was preserved, no separate refund is issued.
4. Disputed payments and chargebacks
Payment disputes raised through your bank or card network are handled per Razorpay's dispute process. We respond to disputes within the timeframes required by the network. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.
5. Discretionary refunds
In limited cases we may offer a discretionary refund (for example, duplicate charges, a billing system error, or a clear failure to deliver Pro features). Discretionary refunds are processed manually through the Razorpay merchant dashboard. There is no in-product refund flow. To request one, write to support@kaizenshots.ai from the email on the account, including the transaction ID and the reason.
6. How to cancel
- Open Billing in your account.
- Click "Cancel subscription".
- You will receive a confirmation email. Renewal stops, current period continues.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your most recent renewal applies to that billing period.
